Avid Implementation Services draws on an expansive knowledge of best practices and industry workflow to help create, design, test, and install a system tailored to your specific needs.
From the moment we receive your letter of intent or purchase order until you accept the completed system, Avid manages each step of the process, including system design, technical drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documentation. Our project managers provide engineering advice and support, resource management, and risk management.
Avid carefully documents each requirement in the installation. The Avid Project Manager creates a Statement of Works (SoW) that outline the functionality of the system as well as the responsibilities for all parties involved. A Workflow Consultant shapes the precise operational requirements of your system, to ensure the proposed system meets all your production needs. A Technical Acceptance document describes the precise functionality of your system.
Once you sign off on the design, Avid builds your specific system at our Dublin factory. To minimize onsite installation time, we check and test each component and pre-configure the system as much as possible before shipping. We invite you to the factory for a pre-acceptance check of both the system design and workflow.
Avid engineers then move to your site managing the physical installation, networking and integration, and final customisation and configuration before bringing your system online.
