Effective January 1, 2007 the process for accessing technical support for the former Pinnacle Systems broadcast products will change in line with the current Avid process. The existing support number will be discontinued and to access support you will need to call your local Avid support office on one of the contact numbers from the table below. Note that Liquid professional products will continue to be supported centrally at http://avid.custhelp.com

The result of this change means that the process for accessing support will be the same for all Avid broadcast products allowing us to respond more quickly and efficiently to the technical support needs of our customers.
